I knew there was a reason we never came back in 8years…. Flies everywhere.. and even where the bread is at…. We told them and she just said, we’ll what do we do.. and went and took another order.. so we went to the other bread rack… it is a little warm in here, we were sitting in the eating tables.. there pumpkin empanadas are not our favorite at all.. or the concha, it is ok but. I have had better.. nothing beats the bread from the Rio Grande Valley… from Marine’s Bakery.. sorry La Mejor.. yup.. won’t come here again..

This is the second time this has happened to me: spoiled food.
1. The “revolcado” was spoiled food, and smelled bad. 🤮
2. Dubai strawberries—the strawberries were spoiled. 🤢
This leads me to believe that the items aren't fresh, but rather that they let the food sit for many days.

We came in for breakfast and the food was good, but the service was extremely disappointing. It took a very long time to receive our food, and the person taking our order was rude and inattentive. She kept interrupting, didn’t listen to our full order, and walked away to enter only part of it before we were even finished ordering. Overall, the customer service here was very poor.

I come here often because the bread is really good, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. There’s rarely a greeting when you walk in, and staff often seem uninterested in helping.

On my last visit, I stood waiting with no line and wasn’t acknowledged until I spoke first. When I went to pay, I was told there’s a $3 card minimum (which wasn’t posted), so I added more items. My total was still under $3, but my card went through anyway??
I like the bread, but the service really needs improvement.

My family and I have been to this restaurant multiple times! We are Guatemalan and genuinely love the authenticity this place brings! We have made great friends with the staff! Veronica and Audelia are especially amazing! They always have a smile and are so helpful! We came to celebrate my brother birthday this time and were greeted with a plate full of conchas and a cupcake to celebrate for the family! Veronica is an amazing manager and definitely makes this place so much better! We love coming here and will always come back! 🇬🇹🤍

great place. I love that they make pastries with dulce de leche or cajeta. Churros with dulce de leche inside are my favs. Their sandwiches are tasty too.
