I wish I could give them a zero. They sent me the wrong order, wrong crust, wrong toppings, wrong everything. I called to get the correct order and the person on the phone talked me into taking store credit because the manager said they were "behind and it would be an hour before they could get to my order." Do NOT order from here. Was given a max delivery time of 65 min. That alone was a ridiculous wait time, but I was patient. At 75 min in, I called to find out how much longer my food would be. Mind you, I had to feed my 9 year old child and it’s already 8:30pm. I was told by the guy that answered the phone that they’ve had multiple orders since I placed my order so it pushed my wait time back. This location is the absolutely the worst I have visited. Sadly, I live only a mile away. This past weekend I witness a team that was not prepared for an influx of orders. Whoever the manager was should definitely be fired. I saw a team in Red shirts in a huddle talking while no one at the front to service guest.
