Let me start out by saying each time I visited one of your restaurants I've always had a good experience up until this one. I ordered from this (Rowlett Rd, Garland, TX) location because it is near my office. Usually when I make an online order, I'm able to pick it up at the drive through with no problem. I experienced extreme mistreatment that seemed intentional by a young male greeter at the drive-thru window. I ordered from this location twice in one week only to...

Azeal was great with his customer service and just a great spirit to be working for pollo. The food was good as well, fast and fresh, but again the service from azeal was the best part of my trip to pollo this day.
