The wait was pretty long, but Eviann at the window made the experience so much better. I was having an issue with my payment, and he worked through it with me patiently and kindly. He also made sure my order was complete and accurate. He put real care and effort into making sure I was taken care of, and by the end of our interaction, I wasn’t even upset about the wait anymore. Eviann has a beautiful spirit, and I hope he knows how much his kindness stood out!
