Dear Popeyes (Chicken) Missed opportunities in training I pull up to the drive-through order a child's meal with chicken nuggets, then proceeded to order a second combo meal that would also contain nuggets after completing order I am then ask will you be paying with a card because our we're only taking cards at this time oh and by the way, we "ain't got no nuggets" I'm confused because if you didnt have nuggets why would you even allow me to proceed with the order?( after the first order contain nuggets) Second opportunity missed for communication... If you knew you were only accepting cards at this time why wouldn't you say that from the very beginning of the order, " ma'am, at this time we can only accept cards . Is that OK with you prior to taking the order and wasting my time time So after telling her to cancel the order I proceed to pull around ( as they have you trapped inside the drive around circle ) The female is hanging out the window flagging me with all these nails and eyelashes so I stop and ask Mam is there something you need she asks how I wish to pay ... my response ... if you are only accepting cards at this time and I canceled the order " what's the concern ? " she says you ain't got no card ... I look at the young lady and smile saying I do have several cards but I planned to make a cash transaction ... have a nice day! 2nd Popeyes 8 minutes away Place order for kids nuggets meal ... Mam we're out of nuggets .. so I question out as in none delivered to restaurant he responds No like as in none done it takes 6 min ... Me : Sir there's 3 cars ahead of me I'll WAIT the 6 min... uggh!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE is everything!!!! @ Popeyes something has to change with the training protocol. If you're able to fry regular chicken parts that's the same hot grease needed for nuggets Popeyes
