Order was completely wrong I asked for a active number to contact and the manger on night shift thought she was being funny by giving me a number that doesn’t work bringing other people food out while mine sits on the table I asked for the order to be remade and nothing was correct. I then asked again for a higher ups information to contract them and she smiles and doesn’t say anything when I have a day off this will be my first stop to speak to someone that can actually help and correct the company’s staffs wrongs the gentleman in the black hoodie was very helpful ima manger myself please check the cameras time 7:20pm day 3/6/2025 camera speaks for itself im not yelling or anything why is a manger laughing in my face and walking away…. I get it’s later in the day probably had a long day but we all do. I hope they’ll make it right on their end. Truly disappointing

I visited this location yesterday, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I had to wait over 10 minutes to pick up my online order, and it wasn’t even a busy time—it was a weekday, and the staff was simply standing around packing other pickup orders.

After waiting, a staff member named Don finally asked me what I needed. I explained that I was there to pick up my online order, and I provided my name. He then asked if I had my phone, which I had left in the car. I asked him why I would need my phone for a mobile pickup order, and he seemed to get mad, using rude and unprofessional language.

I went back to my car, retrieved my phone, and returned to show him the order. He then asked me to confirm the order, but there was no option to do so on my phone. When I asked him to help me find the "confirm order" option, he was unable to provide any assistance.

I spoke to the manager about the situation, as I found the service to be extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It seems like the staff could benefit from better training to handle mobile pickup orders and to communicate more effectively with customers.

This place is the worst! When we were ordering we said dine in (but I didn’t know) so any ways the cashier asked what drink I wanted but then gave me an empty cup. And when my grandma got her wings there was hardly any sauce on it. Also hardly any of the tables were clean there were crumbs and drink stains and there was some random guy outside that was measuring the windows and he gave me and my grandparents a ugly face and the restrooms had no heat.

I’m beyond mad. I stopped by after work to use a coupon I had gotten in the mail. Not only did I wait 20 min for them to greet me in the drive thru but the woman had an attitude the whole time. I ordered the 14 piece big family only to drive all the way home to Forney to have 6 piece of chicken. I tried contacting the location and the phone is disconnected.

It's Popeyes, it could literally be cold and still be amazing. My food was hot and fresh though, chicken sandwich straight out the fryer. It was so good I had to take a nap in the parking lot after I ate

I got cold chicken I asked for fresh chicken I was told I’d have to wait 30 minutes or I can get a refund online because I ordered online I asked the manager how do I cancel and get a refund online as that was not an option shown she stated she didn’t know and walked away I’d recommend never coming here as the management was rude and everyone else sat around on their phones

This Popeyes is ghetto! I placed an order on the app and when we pulled up to get our food the cashier said the kitchen was closed when the sign clearly stated that they don't close until 11pm. Therefore, they were unable to fulfill our order after we had paid. @Popeyes, please retrain your employees on customer service because we don't want an establishment in our neighborhood where we spend our earned money to get mediocre customer service or bad chicken! We had to drive to Richardson to get good customer service and hot food.

They need to reevaluate their employees work seriously. I have ordered from this place multiple time because it’s so close to my work and every time they send the food like they’re doing you a favor. It’s always messy and the latest time they sent me drunk without straws. And sauce with a hole in it leaking. ALWAYS MESSY. And the food always literally cold. Don’t take my word for it look at all the reviews.

Our order was not rung up right. When my husband got home, half our order was missing, and we had things on our order, and in the bag, we did not order. Tried to call. No one answered. Update. My husband went back today, and they gave him the missing parts. The reply of the owner below is a terrible reply. So generic of a response.
