Wish I would have taken pics before my grandchildren started eating ages 3,5,5 and 7. After them asking for more chicken and it was gone. I then realized the size of the strips. Will definitely not be returning and the sad part is a mgr was helping to gather my order. I would have been embarrassed to send out this order but guess who doesn't have pride in there store or even the company. I will skip next time and just go to Caines 5mins away. Do better Popeyes.

Arrived at 9:20ish pm on 1/31/25
Just left, food was cold and not what we ordered or paid for. The woman cooking was on her phone, handling the device AS SHE COOKED. All this right in front of the manager. I asked for a refund and manager kept my receipt.

Stopped to order fries, very fresh and hot. Some of the best fries, specially when they’re made to order.

This Popeyes is one of the worse chicken places to eat at I don't even give reviews like this but this on needs to be shut down chicken is always old sometimes half cooked the staff doesn't understand English and gets mad when you complain about a order they messed up they lie about certain things on the menu so they don't have to cook it I've experienced several horrible altercations here I kept trying to give them a chance cause they are close to my home but after this last time I'll never eat at Popeyes again my wife asked for a piece chicken only and got 6 lemon hot wings tf I went back and had to argue with these folks for 10 mins before they gave us the correct order and it was old and nasty I gave it to my dog and she only ate 1 piece that chicken was horrible

I only went to get rice and beans. It was ok. The last time I got their chicken, it seemed as though the recipe had changed, but it was awful.

I think it’s important to enter in orders correctly when it pertains to the drive thru orders. The lady that took my order confirmed everything I said (I’m assuming she wasn’t by the screen to actually ring it up), then when I paid for it, the receipt said something different. Guess what I ended up getting. ?

I was craving Popeyes, like I usually do, and I’ve been to so many locations Throughout the metroplex and this one here in Garland, today was just so good! The chicken was hot, fresh, juicy, and very flavorful. The guy at the drive-through actually followed my request for condiments. Great experience!

Bad bad bad. Rude manager unwilling to solve an issue. Rude kids working the windows. Chicken fried in old grease and had unpleasant taste. Ordered food 20 minutes in advance. Food wasn't ready. The staff had no answers. I was pointed at from the manager to pull up from across the store when I asked to speak with her. Take a hint Popeyes. When your stores are underperforming check the management first. It explains alot that this store is usually empty. What a shame because your products are excellent when prepared correctly and with at least a neutral attitude. The staff are Rude. Rude. Watch the tape. The manager refused to come talk to me. Yelled at me over and over while trying to speak to her. I hope their wait time is way off because they just push people over and bring their food whenever. LMAO.... just went through the drive through... got the food. got 2 napkins... like 1 for me, 1 for my lady. so, because I check to see if my order right before I leave, I get out and ask for a couple more napkins. this dude actually laid out the napkins and counted them before giving me a couple more. really... bring your paper towels if you coming to this place. that was funny....
