Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Had to go back 3 times to get gravy on the side. Ordered 16 piece meal. Ordered sides beans and rice mashed potatoes and coleslaw slaw. Got two beans and rice and no coleslaw slaw. They seem like they don't care.

Good staff. Very friendly and helpful with full knowledge of the menu! I'll be coming back for sure for many years to come.

The food was great and Hot and Raul has great customer service skills was nice and courteous served our order correctly I highly recommend this location

This location is the worst but despite their on and off errors, I continued to support over the years but I will not be back to this location. Just had my boyfriend to visit for a order paid through the app and the spicy 2 piece I ordered and paid for is not available. They didn't provide an option to fry more spicy chicken although this location doesnt close until 12am and he checked in at 11PM but they did give the option for the classic chicken which I did not want. The fried pickles I paid for was not available at pickup. The lemon blueberry cheesecake I paid for is not available at pickup. I guess they may have just ran out of the items above but it is still an inconvenience to the customers. I decided to just submit for a full refund through the app and left the partial order. I also visited a few days ago to this same location and set in line for about 20-25 minutes total waiting on a paid ordered that was ordered through the app. 10 of those minutes I was waiting at the monitor to be assisted for that pickup order. This location has made countless of mistakes on some my orders but the employees are always nice but I just can't continue to keep coming back to this location.

I never write reviews but I’m sick of this location Everytime i come they say they don’t have shrimp i came 3 weekends in row and each time they don’t hate shrimp i feel like they just don’t want to cook it because the location down YNS street has shrimp they just tell me to pull up so they can cook it ! This location is lazy the one down the street is better ! Whoever is over this one needs to be demoted i shouldnt have to drive way down the street

First time went on this location and they messed with the order 😞 I paid for a pay and they didn’t give me any .
I ask for a large fries but I get mashed potato’s instead the whole order was wrong and I call them like 20 times they never answer the phone so disappointed ☹️

Food is good but they are very slow here they make you wait to order at the drive thru until the person in front of you gets thier order first almost waited I drive through for 7 mins

This place has bad customer service and to the Hispanic lady who was a manager last Monday night you need customer service training! All of the employees were standing around ant she refused to change out one piece is chicken! The app was giving an error message and I showed her and she lied and said the register wouldn’t let her exchange one piece of chicken out! That’s okay my business was taken all the way to Rockwall and customer service was way better! To upper management this isn’t the first time have received bad customer service at this location!

The manager at this location yesterday evening needs customer service training and her female crew. Most Texas businesses lack customer service and think they will be around forever but the way the economy and other things are going in the world there are many businesses closing. These managers and employees forget their paychecks come from the CUTOMERS! The system to pay through the app with Apple pay and by adding your card was down. I showed the Hispanic manager the error message and she refused to allow me to pick my chicken pieces. She said you can only do that online yet I showed her the error message and she still said NO! Corporate or upper management if you read this Where is the customer service! That one request would not have hurt your pockets! She needs customers service training again! I will not return to this location and I go to Popeyes in Rockwall and their customer service is way BETTER!
