I might be kind of a stickler about this, but Bill weirdness rubs me the wrong way, I got 2 $15 sandwiches and a coke, +tax +non optional ~$8 gratuity fee, +$2 to pay with a card. Then, giving us the recommended tip on top of that? $30 would have been high for what we got, but leaving feeling like my monopoly peice landed on a hotel spot...
update: i see the owner asked me to reach out but thats alright, its just pricy for me man. no shade just an honest, cost to much for me

We visited to celebrate my nephew's birthday and reserved the upstairs patio area overlooking the lake. While the view was lovely, the space was in disarray—spiders and webs, dirty tables, debris everywhere, broken light bulbs, and ongoing construction with the door left open. We weren't greeted upon arrival and never saw any wait staff to assist us, leaving us to manage our own group. To our surprise, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill. When we questioned this, the response was unprofessional and defensive.
Additionally, when we asked the lady manager to reconsider the gratuity fee, she reacted with extremely loud and profane language, insisting that her daughter, a waitress assigned to our area, deserved it. It was disheartening that we had to spend so much time cleaning and preparing the area, which detracted from our ability to enjoy the celebration. Overall, this experience left us with a very negative impression of the establishment.

Went to this dude of town to hit up Bass Pro Shop and decided to eat. We had the best waiter. The hubby has food allergies and the water worked really hard to get him something he could eat, that's the reason for the 3 stars on food. And since we were on the lake the atmosphere is the best

UPDATE!!! RAY is amazing. Thanks for the help with my fajita order today!!! As a Google Local Guide, it is hard to WOW me. But Ben, the night manager, and the staff at Primo's.....Wowed me. Amazing service, friendly staff, and food was AMAZING!!! Great patio area that looks out over the lake. Family friendly and always a cheerful atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!
