I’ve been coming here for years because the food is consistently great. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing due to the customer service.
When I arrived to pick up my order, the greeter, **Sarai**, was unfriendly, rude, and not welcoming at all. She asked for payment but wouldn’t even move to receive it. When I asked for my food, she simply gestured with her eyes toward where I had to go instead of assisting me.
I asked to speak with the person in charge and was denied. When another employee was willing to help me, Sarai told her not to assist me. I have never been treated in such a dismissive and disrespectful manner.
I don’t want to believe that this was racially motivated, but the way I was treated was unacceptable and deeply upsetting. It’s unfortunate because the food has always been excellent, but service like this makes it difficult to return.

Got food poisoning from the chicharrón and queso pupusas. It’s 2am right now and I would never wish this on anyone. My husband is too and he had 1 pupusa. It’s the only thing we both ate the same all day so I know it’s from this establishment. I used to love this place but never again.
Have never gone wrong with anything here. Pupusas and yuca frita are my favorite. Gracias !
