Red Robin is a smash hit with consistently great burgers for a great prices. The mix and match of sides is probably the best part as are the sweet potato fries.

Cokes were flat….asked for a different one…same thing. Mgr came by without asking for him and asked how everything was—-told him about the cokes being flat and he made some snarky comment about how he checked that this morning and left the table. Few minutes later saw him just standing around not doing anything about my flat coke…no wonder at 1:00 on a Saturday they were slow….server was great…management sucks! This place has seriously gone down hill….and paying $3.50 for coke!!! Unreal!!!

My family and I recently decided to give the local Red Robin another chance after a previous poor experience. We typically visit the Cedar Hill location, where we've had consistently good service, but opted for this closer branch hoping things had improved since our last visit.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. Our waiter appeared disinterested and inattentive throughout our meal. After taking our orders (my wife's first, then our children's, and mine last), he proceeded to make several mistakes:
- Incorrectly prepared my wife's order
- Failed to bring the campfire sauce our children requested
- Forgot several condiments I had specifically asked for
When we politely brought these issues to his attention, instead of apologizing, he became defensive and implied we were somehow at fault for the mistakes. His attitude suggested he was having a bad day and, unfortunately, he seemed to be taking it out on us and likely other customers.
To the restaurant's credit, the manager was responsive when we raised our concerns. She was attentive and showed genuine concern about our experience. I appreciated her professionalism, which stood in stark contrast to our waiter's behavior.
I understand everyone has difficult days, but basic customer service requires not letting personal issues affect how you treat patrons. Given this was our second negative experience at this specific location, we've made the decision not to return. We'll be sticking with the Cedar Hill Red Robin for our future family dining needs.

Food is still good. Service is similar to many other casual dining places. The restaurant was clean.

Restaurant gave me food poisoning.
It was the only place place where my wife and I ate out yesterday.
When my burger arrived, everything was good until I ate about a 3rd and pulled a piece of wax paper out of my mouth.
The manager came over and said he'd remake it. Which he did.
Then today for lunch I ate half of the new burger. Within 1 I started feeling nausea. Then other restroom related events occurred. By 450 I was running a fever and experiencing chills.
This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but after food poisoning, I'll never go back.

Red Robin is really good. The menu is great and the atmosphere is good too. Wish there was more locations in DFW.

We ordered a bunch of stuff here today online from this location. The only thing was the grilled cheese I ordered for my 2 year old off the kids menu had a sheet of plastic in the middle of it. Yikes. Scary.

I told the host it was my mom’s 60th birthday upon getting a table and I asked if they did anything. She told me they would put a candle on her burger. I was so excited to see my mom get a surprise and that surprise never came. No candle. Nothing. They didn’t celebrate her birthday. The whole point of the lunch was to surprise her with something. I can’t explain how disappointed I am. Please go celebrate your birthdays elsewhere. I will be keeping this experience in mind and will be communicating my poor experience to everyone.

Inconsistent burger cooking is a problem here.
The server confronts you with "still pink" or "well done" and stresses these are the only two options.
Which is fine, if one of these is your preference, but frankly rude if your taste happens fall somewhere in between.
I ordered "well done" and sat waiting, wondering, if they would bring me a charred crisp.
My requested "well done" burger came out mostly pink. So good luck.
My last "still pink" order came out too raw in the middle for my comfort.
Two options neither of which they are able to deliver.
Fries are still great.

Not the greatest tasting burgers. Last visit the waitress was very odd acting. Made a ton of mistakes when we went to pay. Still worth trying.

The food was great. We were seated and served quickly. The endless fries were a big hit with my grandsons. My family and I will be eating there again soon.
