Spend 13.00 on my smoothie just now, and it doesn't taste right at all. I get 2 smoothies a day from different locations for breakfast and dinner, and I understand they will never taste the same, but this one is horrible. I added extra Turbinado, and this thing tastes like it has none and no bananas very bitter, I will not be going back to this location. 😒
I did end up calling the location because I was so disappointed and I was very polite because I understood mistakes happened, the lady that answered transferred me another lady and she helped me. I will go back and give them another chance to make it correct if I am back in the area. The lady who helped me was very nice.
