Takes forever to get food. Been twice already that I wait over 30 mins. And both times I gotten my order wrong. Today they didn't add bacon or jalapeños on my burger after I was charged for it. My drink was full of ice after I said easy ice?‍♂️.

The slowest drive-through in the history of drive throughs. Do not go here for “fast” food. Takes over 30 minutes with only two cars ahead when we arrived (one at window, one at ordering menu). Pretty sure only one person works here at a time. And she’s not in a hurry. And our food order was wrong. Missing entire food items.

Sat in the drive through 30 minutes to get a kids meal and it was cold as ice. No ice cream or dairy products available at a Sonic’s is crazy. Will not recommend this location at all gave em multiple tries since it’s close to my home and every time I regret wasting my time here.

I asked if I can order number 12 with the choice of Honey BBQ… The African American Male at 1:00pm shift on Saturday 11/4/2023 said “We don’t have any…” , I asked for number 11… “We don’t have any… go someplace else!” … you would imagine a little bit of courtesy or common professionalism like “We are sorry, we are out of all of the items you have tried to order.. we have burgers avail.. would you like to order any?

Currently just went through the drive thru got attended and i asked her for a minute 5seconds later she said “sorry now were closed “ i asked how is that if she just attended me she said “sorry my manager told me so “ “we already closed down the kitchen” which is false i my self have worked at fast food before but also asked for her name and mangers name and she denied very unprofessional and rude .

If I could give this a double zero I would! Purchase about $15.00 for trash burgers, kids meal and a #1 the hambuger was burnt and dry as the Sahara dessert! Hard enough to break a tooth! Terrible! I'M TO FAR TO GO BACK FROM HOME! I JUST WASTED MONEY I REALLY DIDN'T HAVE! SHAME ON YOU SONIC!!!!!

I ordered my food 25 minutes ago. It was supposed to ready ten minutes ago. What's the point of doing a mobile order of it's still going to take almost 15 minutes to get my order. The food wasn't cooked at all. I ordered four packs of mayo with my order. Yet the guy who packs the food complained about me asking for the mayo.... That I ordered. He proceeded to argue with me. And, these manager on duty joined in. Why did it take so long...... When the restaurant is slow as heck. The fries are cold as ice. What was the point of making me wait for my food ....... If it's just going to be cold? DO BETTER. GET BETTER LEADERSHIP. LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. DANG
