Customer service is always amazing at these location always very Friendly along with that the lady's always very polite and going the extra miles for the lovely customers. Especially Mel, Presly, Evelyn, these guys are very awesome to me. Just love the different encouragement of words on the cups. The order is always on time when picking up using the app. I remember one time i was locked out from my app and they took care of my drink although they didn't have to but I appreciate it. Thank you for always keeping me smiling and making sure everyone drink is always made with love. You guys are the best Starbucks.

I stopped by this beautiful Starbucks as I was meeting a friend here @ FireWheel mall in Garland...Perla took my order with a smile..She is very professional and always greets each costumer with a kind genuine warm smile 😃 . The atmosphere at this particular location is very glamorous and welcoming...Perla and the rest of the staff treats the costumers like family....

As a indecisive as well as anxious person, I went to this location to get inspiration for my book. Alison was incredibly sweet and told me about accomodations for my Pumpkin Spice Latte so I could have it but with less sugar ! Was an incredibly great experience and wonderful music, the AC worked wonderfully and I felt right at home and could finish my book exactly as intended. Never been a Starbucks fan until today! Thank you, Alison.
It took exactly: 2 minutes, 24 seconds and 33 milliseconds: aka quick service for a delicious drink 🫶

Been coming here the past few months in the mornings and love finding a little side table to read and study. I get a iced brew coffee which I never drank coffee before but have been doing so now consistently . I have tried other starbucks and other coffee shops around the garland, rowlett, and sachse area but have been coming here as everything they do is CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT! Working in retail, it can be easy to develop a hardened heart to people , but I'm blown away from their professionalism, customer service, attention to detail during extremely busy and slower times . From their store manager to everyone on their staff excels in customer service and all work hard. I hope they get the recognition they deserve and realize too how much it can change/impact someone's day with the compassion they show their customers! Kudos to them 👏
