Customer service is pretty good the atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired. The last time I was there looked like they were short handed, the tables weren't exactly clean either. That being said it wouldn't take much to clean it up.
*Just wanted to post a correction regarding coffee availability. While I have seen a coffee maker onsite I have only seen an empty pot.
