I usually visit this Taco Bell about once every 10 days or so. I am usually very happy with the way my order turns out. I have several changes and add on items to my order due to allergies and personal preferences. Todays order was prepared properly according to my allergy changes(no cheese or sour cream, dairy allergy). But I don't believe I got any of my $4 to$5 dollars worth of add-on items.

I also try to be as courteous and kind to the staff as I hope...

Im giving this review and giving taco bell 5 stars because of the service from Hector he is very polite and respectful and i surely hope corporate sees this post because Hector has great customer skills and should be promoted and Geraldine does not she rushed over to the counter and was very rude and disrespectful she shouldn't talk to customers the way she talked to me and even after Hector told her he was taking care of my order she still proceeding in talking rude to me...

My food was bad. I called and called and the phone was disconnected. I went back to the restaurant, they did change my food the only thing is they did not apologize for the problem instead they were very rude. Is their mistake they need to learn and be sorry for not checking the food before they sell it.
