Service is horrible, they will ring the order up correctly but will give you the wrong food and useless utensils (they gave me a knife and no fork, i had no need for a knife). They can't complete the job or give you what you ordered, waste of money and time.

The kids that work here lack basic customer service skills. They’re in the kitchen having a blast and cracking jokes until a customer arrives and then they put a frown on their face real quick. You’d think they’d at least get the order right…. But they don’t do that either. This is a regular occurrence at this location by the way. Re-train them or hire staff that knows better.

This restaurant tried to deny me service based on my handicap. I am hearing impaired impaired and after a few attempts at understanding them in the drive through i asked to move forward to continue placing my order. They said no. I did anyway because they cant deny me service for not being able to hear. There was no one else in the line anyway. After placing my order someone did pull up behind me and they wanted me to pull back around and go through the line again. Ridiculous service. They messed up my order in 2 ways which feels on purpose leaving my daughter without her food and me without utensils for my food. We are in a hotel so using from home isn't an option. Thanks for making an already stressful day travel for family illness even worse.

Very clean for a taco bell I’m vegetarian and I heard their meat is bad but just get the refried beans instead of meat service is really fast.

If i could give a 0 i would! Every time I come here they don’t want to substitute anything. I have celiac disease which I’m allergic to gluten and they never try to help me. I order the same thing at every Taco Bell the Mexican pizza sub flour for corn tostada and this location is the only one that never wants to do that for me. Today I asked if they could make it for me and they tried giving me just a fried flour tortilla just to make it hard and act as a corn tostada. Don’t eat at this location it sucks!

Well this particular location seldom gets your order right. I always prepare myself to go back right after I get home. Certainly I could count the items and make sure its right but, I find that another visit inside with your receipt and speaking to the Manager will get you what you ordered and..most of the time some extra food and a coupon for a few free tacos. I don't like to state this as I like this location but they do have issues and its not new I have lived in the area over 5 years and it has always been like this...

Placed a large order for tacos through DoorDash, and specifically requested sauce. Order arrived with no sauce. Called the store, and they were VERY rude, and told us there was nothing they could do! Said to call Door Dash!!! Door Dash didn’t pack the order! Inexcusable!

I mean it’s a taco bell so the food is pretty trashy as expected. This store closes at very inconsistent times and does not follow the schedule posted. They will sometimes close 2-3 hours ahead of schedule which seriously sucks for someone who gets off work at 1am and needs a place to eat. Very unreliable and untrustworthy.

Been to this location 3 times and my order is always missing something. It is not hard to get an order right. I’ve been to multiple locations and I’ve order the box and they put everything nicely inside of it the box. This location just throws everything in a bag and they always forget to put something in. First it was a burrito, second time was cheese for the chips and this time was the chips but they put the cheese in. Drinks always taste terrible like they don’t clean their machine.

The experience at this Taco Bell was a mixed bag. While the food itself was fresh and met expectations, the overall presentation left much to be desired. Packaging was noticeably careless, which took away from the otherwise decent meal. Ordering proved inconvenient, as the self-service kiosk appeared to be the primary method—unless you managed to catch the attention of a staff member. On a positive note, the carbonated beverages were crisp and well-balanced, a small but appreciated detail. Ultimately, it was an acceptable visit, but nothing particularly memorable or noteworthy.

Online says it opens at 9 am, decided to get a quick breakfast only to be told it was not open yet, said oh sorry and left only to realize it was 930 am?

There was a truck in front of me who left too, guess they got told the same thing.

First of all this guy was rude. I had made an order through drive-through and they had told me on the phone. They were gonna replace my order because everything they gave me was cold fries cold old, crusty tacos and fries were soggy and old like the leftovers. And when I went to go get my order replaced, he said he can only do one order because he can’t believe that everything else was not eaten which I threw it away cause I don’t like cold food in the first place. So I asked him for his name. He told me first his name was Juan then he changed it to Fernando so I’m so disappointed. Never gonna go eat there again especially not at Taco Bell.
