Came here on a whim after noodle wave and had a great experience. The boba tea was delicious and the service was patient and kind as we decided what we wanted. The music they play is so great and we even got to play the crane machine. Only one kid was able to win a prize, but the workers were very kind and gave the other kid a prize. Made our day. Their Boba here is chewy and most of the drinks are pretty good. The sweetness is on the higher side so if you don't like sweet i'd get like 30% sweet.
The only one star off is due to the popcorn chicken. For the amount they give you and the price point it doesn't really match and by adding a bit of white pepper will elevate the chicken quite a bit. It felt lacking.

Love their wintermelon tea - it comes with assorted jellies and chia seeds! Not too sweet and a great balance for refreshment. Friendly staff as always and I love how the space is decorated. Modern and cute - perfect for a small outing late in the night.

I've been here multiple times and had always ordered the coconut drink. Today, when I had came in, i ordered the coconut drink and it was disappointing. My drink was watered down for some reason and they left a huge chunk of ice in my drink. My straw couldn't fit through due to the big ice cube blocking the way. When I had bought this up to the two workers, they told me that the drink comes like that and they couldn't do anything about it. He said that as if I've never had this drink before then continues to tell me to tell the manager about it. I won't be returning to this location again.

Disgusting. When I first came in the girl had a tense face and an attitude as if she wanted me to leave. Not even a greeting, and looked like she was in pain taking my order the whole time. To make matters worse, when she was making my order she DROPPED the cup on the floor and used that same cup for my order. No apology at all. Didn't even bother to use a new cup. This was the most uncomfortable and unhygienic customer service I've ever had. Never coming back.
Review #2: Came back to give them another chance, it sucks. Go to Richardson, don't waste your time and money, they keep getting my order wrong which is absolutely ridiculous.

First time checking this place while in the area. I enjoyed the large egg coffee at 30 percent sweet. Price is a bit high but everything is expensive! Great coffee flavor and creaminess. I'll definitely be back.
