Perfect every time. After going here, I can’t get tea anywhere else. The drinks are great, the lady always remembers us, and it’s always clean and comfy. By far the best Boba spot I’ve been to. Faithful customer for nearly a year ❤️

Great drinks, good quality boba, excellent customer service.

Great tea quality and even better service. It’s rare to find a shop that gets the sugar levels exactly right, but they nailed it. The tea itself is high-quality and doesn't taste like artificial powder. If you want a drink that isn't cloyingly sweet and actually tastes like real brewed tea, come here.

My gf came in town for a week, and we went here 3 times. Best boba we’ve ever had. We also got a waffle and it was super good. There’s always that 1 sweet lady working and we saw her every time. And the decorations inside were super cute and nice to look at. Would recommend coming here if you want boba or just a snack. Super good. Always hits.

Will be back to try the Thai milk tea, the black milk tea wasn’t too good in my opinion. Service was nice.

What’s the point of having a phone number if you’re not going to respond? Super rude. Does not know how to respond to basic dietary questions.

Went to this place to get a non-iced Thai tea and the lady in the counter told me that’s a extra dollar. Who does that charging someone for non iced drink?! Never going back to this place again.

Great atmosphere and the owner and staff always friendly with smiles. Only issue I have is that all the Milk teas taste dominantly like milk. Both the taro and Okinawa milk tea normally have a strong flavor but here, I taste milk. It's like a 70/30 mixture of more milk than tea. Not sure why but hope it's not a cost saving method.

First time ordering, I got the mango smoothie and it is blended to perfection!! I will be coming back

AMAZING PLACE! The (what i think is owner) was truly so kind. We came in a few minutes late not realizing they were closing early for a holiday but she welcomed us in insisting she care for her customers 🥹 And to top it off our drinks were great! What an awesome place, highly recommend!
