Me and my mother decided to check out The Factory Kitchen in Garland after seeing a review on Nextdoor and it did not disappoint! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the service was amazing during our entire dining experience. The owners were very attentive and super friendly, our drinks never got below half full, and they gave us a complementary bottle of water to leave with. We were also given complimentary bread and dipping sauce which was delicious. We both ordered pasta, which came with a salad included. I got the Ceaser and she got the House, and they were both delicious. I ordered the Tre Pasta, and it was so yummy! My mother got the Chicken Picatta, and she said it was so delicious and unique! I wish we had left room for dessert! Overall it was a 10/10 and I’m super happy, and will be returning in the future.Kid-friendliness: Kids Menu Options Available!

Ordered tonight and it was delicious! Got delivery of the house salad with creamy Italian dressing + The Factory pizza (I ordered without olives). It was fresh, yummy and a good portion too. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

The outside would make you question the choice but there pizza is on point. They have a ton of options and the inside is chill. I would definitely recommend giving it a shot. Dessert needs work.

First time eating here, although it is in walking distance from our house! Wife and I ordered the Thursday night burger special and they were absolutely OUTSTANDING!! Customer service was great and prompt! We will definitely be back and try out other menu options! Looking forward to sampling the pizza next!!
