If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food, look no more fam. This stall is located inside the Saigon Mall food court in Garland.Their bun dau mam tom SLAPS. I mean wow, everything on the plate was so fresh and delicious. The tofu was still crispy even after about 20 minutes -- probably the best fried tofu I've had in a long time. Everything was decent overall. The place looks neat and clean. Foods taste good and were given a nice presentation, too. Prices are pretty reasonable. I would give a thumbs up and a big smile if they were keen enough to devein the shrimps, which is ignored by most Vietnamese restaurants here in Dallas.
