Hidden gem of the neighborhood. I took my contractors here for lunch after a they tackled a gig for me. The owner is extremely nice and care about the food he makes. He used imported flour to make pizza and you could see the passion for food in his eyes when you talk food to him. As a business broker by trade, I suggested to him that he should look into catering in addition to what he has ongoing at this hole-in-the-wall restaurant. We need to support more mom-&-pap shops...

Just had dinner at the Factory Kitchen and I have to say this is one of the best pizza places around! We had their Garden pizza with alfredo sauce along with their cheese fries! You need to come try this place!
