I recently placed a catering order and was disappointed with the quality of the fried chicken. More than a pan was hard and burnt, and it should have been remade rather than served to a customer. Unfortunately, several guests at my event commented on it, which was quite embarrassing. The baked chicken, however, was fine

I've NEVER had a bad experience with The Food Trap as my professional caterer in my work life. So, when my dad passed, and we needed a caterer for his repast, there was no question of where we'd go. They went above and beyond with AMAZING food, STELLAR personal service, and genuine hearts that cushioned a tough day. Everyone raved about the food-- the portions, the taste, the quality.
