Uncles Family Kitchen is a "never miss stall" at the McKinney Farmers Market at Chestnut Square. I keep their pepperoni pizzas on hand at all times for easy dinners. I love that they use such great ingredients as well as the super thin crust. The bolognese sauce is wonderful as well. Its very simple to thaw and toss with pasta, or, I use it when making lasagna because it has such good flavor--literally made it tonight. My pizza was amazing and I loved learning how they made it
We just had the absolute lovely experience of the spinach lasagna with Alfredo sauce. It was absolutely beautiful and spot on with perfect flavors. So delicious. We will definitely be ordering this again!
