Incompetent. I have used the same prescription and paid the same way for over 6 months. I requested a refill the normal way, I was told it was out of Stock and they would order it and it would take 1-2 days (in text) . I called 2 days later they said still hasn't arrived. I went up there after the 5th day to pick up another prescription and check on update and they said they hadn't ordered it because my insurance wasn't paying for it. I told her I have never gone through my insurance. She said she would order it but it won't get here until the following Monday. This has happened twice now. Ridiculous, poorly handled and completely incompetent.

Quite possibly the worst managed grocery store in the entire history of the United States of America. The back aisle is constantly full of dropped pallets. There are even full pallets just dropped in the middle of aisles blocking them off completely. The recent remodel took longer than the initial build out of the store. Canned fruit is on the bake aisle??? The store seemed to reorganized to accommodate the 3-4 pickers for their 25 daily online orders which take priority over walk in customers doing their own "picking". There is no possible way I can muster the energy for another visit. This online ordering has ruined everything. You would think stores would improve over time but this Walmart is digressing.

This place has the WORST customer service ever on both the retail and pharmacy side. The pharmacy staff need educating quickly or removed promptly. I personally witnessed the pharmacist, and pharmacy technician screaming at an elderly disabled woman. I've experienced a similar reaction myself, but I gracefully defended myself and reported the behavior. Why a healthcare professional would demoralize an ailing elderly person is out of order. The excuse I got was they were really busy and their day was jammed packed all day long. So what!! There is NO EXCUSE FOR THIS TYPE OF HEARTLESS BEHAVIOR.

This store is the worst! DO NOT DO GROCERY PICK UP AT THIS LOCATION! They mess up every order or say they are out of stuff that they have, they make you wait forever to get your pick up if they give it to you at all. I ordered $265 of groceries yesterday that they delayed pick up time then when they said it was ready I went to get it & they wouldn't give them to me saying the pickup was closed and now they won't refund my money

Avoid this place at all costs. Dirty, and staff is very very rude. The customer service manager also was very rude and unhelpful. Avoid this Wal-Mart for sure!

Terrible wait times, been sitting in the pharmacy drive thru now for 30 minutes. They rarely have medications in stock always have yo wait a fay or two.

Avoid this place...Dont take it too personal Wal-Mart as there is plenty of Wal-Mart markets I truly love to shop at. But this one? Food eaten from "sealed" packages and left on top... Lol why would people do that idk...but the employees walking past it not doing anything is even crazier. Anything above 1 star for this location is probaly an employee looking for a bonus...because this place is crowded....dirty....pricey...and it attracts strange people..

What happened to this store? I have to stop going there because of how disorganized the entire store has become. When it first opened it was so clean and organized. When I first noticed it I thought maybe it was just a bad day or something. I've went back for about 3 months at different days and it has gotten worse, not better at all. The frozen section is the worst. I'm sorry but I have to shop in a clean environment. I will drive to Rowlett to the Walmart there.

This spot is really close to home so it makes a great place for a quick trip. I love all the self checkouts. That makes my shopping all that much easier!
