Incompetent. I have used the same prescription and paid the same way for over 6 months. I requested a refill the normal way, I was told it was out of Stock and they would order it and it would take 1-2 days (in text) . I called 2 days later they said still hasn't arrived. I went up there after the 5th day to pick up another prescription and check on update and they said they hadn't ordered it because my insurance wasn't paying for it. What happened to this store? I have to stop going there because of how disorganized the entire store has become. When it first opened it was so clean and organized. When I first noticed it I thought maybe it was just a bad day or something. I've went back for about 3 months at different days and it has gotten worse, not better at all. The frozen section is the worst. I'm sorry but I have to shop in a clean environment. I will drive to Rowlett to the Walmart there.
