Can you guys hire people who speak English or at least understand it? I went up there to order a coffee and the lady just kept asking me the same questions “coffee?” Yes coffee. She just kept repeating “ah uh uh ah ah coffee?” Like please this location is so close to my new house i would hate to have to come and not be understood in simple english. Last time i checked it was illegal to hire people without proper documentation so why are you guys hiring people like this? Theres so many more better qualified people.

I went through through the drive-through as for the biggie with the double meat burger and I asked for no mustard I asked for no mustard twice got it with mustard and everything and then the french fries are so stale. I will never go back to that one again and I always go to that Wendy’s.

I stopped by during lunch hour, and I was impressed that the food was hot, fresh, and tasted great, especially considering how busy it was. However, my experience at the register wasn’t the best. The cashier didn’t give me a receipt and shorted me $1 in change from my cash transaction. I also had to ask for ketchup and napkins, which should’ve been included. Overall, the food was solid, but attention to customer service and accuracy at the register could use some improvement.

This location gives bad service. They get your order wrong the cook needs to Get it together and they have a manager or someone in charge that doesn’t speak English. When you need to complain I will never go to this location again.

Out of the fast food places my number one is Chick Fil A, but Wendy’s with its fresh flavors and simple recipes makes it top 2nd spot in my book. I can get a filling meal for about $5-$6 and they have great coupons and discounts on their app as well. Free nuggets on Wednesday, enough said and their breakfast is also very good. Don’t sleep on them!
