They have the worst service. I went through the drive-thru and I was asking about options not being particular anything since the menu is confusing and I haven't been here in a while and the guy on the speaker was getting agitated and was huffing and puffing when I was asking him what Burger comes with the biggie bag. I decided to leave since they were probably going to make my burger into a mess and the burger was going to be for my kid. I do not want to eat at a restaurant where people are making it seem like it takes their whole selves to try to prepare something or take an order because I don't want to get messed which is half of the restaurants out here nowadays and I was trying to get something quick because I was out in the street but I prefer to just go home and cook something. Mind you whenever I was asking him two three questions there was nobody inside the restaurant and there was nobody in the Drive-Thru.

Had to wait a very long time. Worker had an attitude. We were not given our receipt or credit card back and had to go in to get it. Thanks were out of some of the menu items so we had to substitute. Order got messed up so we had to have it fixed. Usually don't get this kind of service from Wendy's, maybe it was an off day, but after the horrible day I had this just added to it. Disappointed in my service hopefully it improves.
Been here or have ordered online 4 times since, once was middle if the day, had no frosties, twice including tonight, we ordered online for the frosties we were craving and wanted to try a new flavor, both times was well over an hour before close and they had already shut down the machine, absolutely ridiculous, as a food worker and fast food manager myself, you should not be shutting anything down before close because you want to get home soon. The ENTIRE MENU dhould be available until close period end of story. I will now be going to corporate. I mean look at the laughable rating of this location. Moving my review down to 1 star, unfortunately zero stars is not an option.

The customer service is ok in drive threw. I enjoy the strawberry frosty,I love the nuggets BUT!!! I always ask for them to be fresh cooked and they never are .I also never see this location busy,and when i went during lent they did not have fish sandwiches which are another favorite of mine.

I went here at 9:20 at night and placed a mobile order but Erika got almost all of it wrong, even after asking for the right order I got it wrong AGAIN! I definitely don’t want to come back here.

If I could give this place 0 stars for their customer service skills I would. Most of their employees seem too high to even do their job, are rude, and just do not care about their jobs. I doubt even reaching out to a manager would be worth the breath because they probably also do not care how poorly they treat their guests or it wouldn't be a repetition of countless bad service when you go here. It's the closest one and it would be great to get some good service every now and then

This is the third time Ive been overcharged in the drive through. I would encourage anyone coming here to take note of the cost and check your receipt. When I brought it to the attention of the lady in the checkout line she asked the manager and he said my receipt was ok. I explained to the gentleman that spoke english and he refunded me the extra charge in cash. Just check your receipt or consider going somewhere else!

The lettuce was fresh and crispy. But the meat was cold and cheese was cold. Had me a cold Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger.

This was how i was given my breakfast sandwich today definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here everytime you order it gets messed up paid 20$ for two meals for them both to be wrong
Was just there, messed up my order and not worth driving back. I tried sorting it out over the phone but was asked to driving back for there error.
