You can't go wrong with the "Monterey Melt" burger. It is my favorite out of all the burgers on the menu. Wash it down with a Large Dr. Pepper, and you will end up in Burger Heaven.

I ordered thru the drive thru and repeated my request. They never repeated back my request and did not provide me with a receipt. Cheese, mayo, tomatoes and pickles only. They got it wrong and when I went back to just get a refund no one in the building could refund me. No manager around and they just wanted me to wait. They made it seem like them messing my order up and me coming in was a huge inconvenience. Do was having to go back and not get any help.

Walked in and no one working the counter. No line only me at the counter. The workers saw me and just ignored the fact that I was there. I am not a fan of kiosks, but at least you could place an order! Completely ignored, so I just ended up leaving smh

A coupla years ago this particular Whataburger location made me avoid Whataburger altogether. Orders always gotten wrong, Service sucked to put it politely. Would walk in to see every employee all of a sudden go into hiding, peeking around equipment to see if I had given up and left yet. But Whataburger is Whataburger and I had that craving! So I tried it again. From what I have experienced the last coupla times visiting here, it's been turned around! So happy to get Whataburger again! Congrats to the manager!

This location is a definite need of a manager or someone to get in there and teach them what they're doing, a customer tried ordering a burger box and the employees didn't know how to make it they also gave me an Apple and cranberry chicken salad without the chicken and a 15 minute wait for that. It's a shame that fast food service was a stepping stone and now it has become a dead-end job because the employees there aren't willing to put in any effort. Take pride in yourselves if not in the company you work for

Bad service in general 1 hour to have an order made online is supposed to be just for pick up and having to wait an hour is not good, all the staff with bad customer service
