The manager was very nice but the lady working the front counter was so rude… she gave me the wrong food and than wanted to argue with me.. I also had to keep correcting her on my order and she still got it wrong.

This is the absolutely the worst whataburger I have ever been to! It’s like they have 2 employees working there. Maybe 2 cars in parking lot eating inside, 2 cars in drive thru, waited 25 minutes and just drove off! It’s never busy, don’t know how they are still in business!!!!

Person on headset (manager) is very rude and responds to you like if your dumb while ordering. Waited in the drive through for like 20 min to get my order and also when they forgot something that I had bought the manager but on my bag in sharpie my name and “MF GRAVY” in huge letters . Told the lady at the window and she apologized saying that was the manager who wrote it . What kind of immature manager does this. Red headed manager rude to the extreme!!!

I have this five stars not because it's the best but because it's constant. I generally come here for the iced tea. The tea is very consistent between restaurants and locations. Sometimes the color is off and the taste is a little weak. That's the exception. The tea is never bad. If the tea isn't good at the public accessible tea dispenser, ask for a fill from the drive through. For $3 the tea should be good. The burgers are fine as are the fries. I haven't tried any of the specialty sandwiches or salads. Fried pies!

Use to be a great spot but now everything about it is sloppy. I dont think i have gotten a single order from there correctly in the past year. On top of that its dirt slow. If i had to compare it to something its about on the same level as sonic now.
Took forever(10 minutes) to get a breakfast burger. I was the only one in drive thru and nobody in the lobby. Why not tell me how long it would take if its going to take awhile?

It's a What-A-Burger. We went through the drive thru so not much to say. The drive order taker was a nice guy. It's conveniently located next to Bass Pro and a quick on and off for I-30. Food was good but like I said, it was a What-A-Burger.
