Awesome food truck with a great covered eating area. I got the breakfast special, it's the machete where you going to pick between potato or egg and bacon or chorizo and cheese. it's basically a delicious large taco that's over a foot long. Everything scratch made so it takes a second to cook but it's delicious.

I stopped by this food truck and grabbed the 6 mini tacos — and wow, they were amazing! The flavor was spot on, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. On top of that, the service was just as good as the food. The staff were super polite, friendly, and quick with the order, which made the experience even better. You can tell they care about both their food and their customers. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to again!

Wife and I arrived right at 8:59 AM when they were about to open. Didn't know if they were going to open at 9:00 AM or not (because other places of business that said they were open were actually closed). I'm glad we waited a moment because these were some of the best breakfast tacos we've had in a long time!
I thought I could take the mildly spicy taco with jalapenos in it, but they were FRESH jalapenos, making them more spicier than usual. 🤣 Absolutely fantastic meal and I 100% recommend to anyone in the area.

Ordered a torta on DoorDash. Descriptions says it comes WITH all topics so I assumed all topping would be on the sandwich because in the options you had to pay EXTRA for topping. My food came with just mayo because I thought I was PAYING FOR EXTRA MAYO but no it was just to get mayo on the sandwich. The meat was dry and I asked for chicken because, again, the description said just meat but I’m assuming it’s beef. 30 dollar not completely wasted, horchata was good!

If you’re the kind of person who believes the best food is found in places with more character than polish—this little food truck is your holy grail. Tucked away on a dusty backroad just outside of town, this unassuming taco truck looks like it’s been there forever, and thank God it has.
From the moment you roll up, the smell grabs you—smoke, spice, sizzling meat, and a whisper of lime. No flashy signs, no gimmicks, just a rusted-out trailer with a hand-painted menu and a line of locals who know exactly what’s up.
I got the #3 in chicken and beef, and I swear, it tasted like it had been marinated in secrets passed down through generations. The tortilla that was clearly made by someone that morning. I also tried the Quesadilla, which was rich and tender like it had slow-danced in its own juices all day and not greasy! Top it off with their house-made green sauce—equal parts kiss and slap—and you’re in flavor heaven.
