This place is yummy for sure! But twice my family and I came here for cinnamon rolls on Sunday (Mother's Day and another Sunday) around 10:30, and they didn't have any cinnamon rolls ready. The second time we came, my two year old walked toward the tables that were set for tea and someone (owner/manager/I don't know) came running at him yelling at me "don't let him touch that!" And went on about how that was priceless china. He was in no way close to even touching it. She was not even apologetic about shouting at us. It really put me off because their treats ARE yummy but I don't like it when I'm yelled at.

The Carrot cake is phenomenal, which is good considering the bakery's name. I picked up an assortment for a family celebration and ALL of it was good. The chocolate chip cookie, despite being the size of a dinner plate, was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The strawberry cake was light and refreshing, very moist. Clearly they use real, fresh, strawberries. The raspberry cheesecake was insanely good. Everyone raves about what they tried which included the cinnamon roll and other cakes, as well as the bag of homemade toffee. I will be back, despite it being a 45 minute drive for me. It was worth it.

Their carrot cake is amazing! Lots of carrots, not too sweet, and plenty of pecans. The icing was also delicious and the amount was perfect. I love cream cheese frosting but sometimes it can be really heavy and there can be too much. This frosting was a light as I have had and there was just enough of it. I will be back!

Seriously delicious carrot cake! It is moist and tender with lots of flavor and not overly sweet. I am already looking forward to our next trip to Georgetown so I can enjoy another slice of 18 Carrot carrot cake.

My husband wanted to purchase the "Fresh squeezed lemon cake" for my birthday on Saturday. The person at the counter said she didn't know what he was taking about. She said they have a lemon cake made with organic lemons. He told her the website has a fresh squeezed lemon cake. Anyway... he decided to purchase four pieces of the lemon cake in the display. I was so looking forward to a delicious lemon cake on my birthday. Unfortunately, I was sadly disappointed. Everyone agreed it was like eating sawdust. I have never tasted a cake so dry in my life. There was very little lemon flavor. Perhaps the cake was old and had been sitting in the display cake for a while. All around disappointing.

They had the yummiest carrot cake. All of my friends said they didn't want cake, but when I came back to the bar with 18 Carrot Bakery's carrot cake, everyone was all over me like, "Please Jules can I have more of your cake?!" At first, I thought being selfish would be best. Then, I had a change of heart because there's no way you can be mean with that carrot cake in your tummy. It's now been scientifically proven. Yesterday our Bridge Group had a Mid WinterCelebration here, High Tea! Unfortunately several people were missing becauseof Covid and other reasons. We had a WONDERFUL time. Sharri is the ultimate hostess, and the food was superb.
First time visitor, definitely won’t be my last! I ordered a slice of carrot, chocolate, German chocolate, Italian Cream, Chocolate Expresso, and a chocolate chip cookie (don’t judge me?)Everything was PHENOMENAL

Aside from being an adorable bakery, tea spot with lots of many things to buy and complement your dessert, the "chocolate express cake" was delicious. Desserts are homemade with organic ingredients and taste like your grandma's recipe. Amazing!!
