The Carrot cake is phenomenal, which is good considering the bakery's name. I picked up an assortment for a family celebration and ALL of it was good. The chocolate chip cookie, despite being the size of a dinner plate, was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The strawberry cake was light and refreshing, very moist. Their carrot cake is amazing! Lots of carrots, not too sweet, and plenty of pecans. The icing was also delicious and the amount was perfect. I love cream cheese frosting but sometimes it can be really heavy and there can be too much. This frosting was a light as I have had and there was just enough of it. I will be back!
Seriously delicious carrot cake! It is moist and tender with lots of flavor and not overly sweet. I am already looking forward to our next trip to Georgetown so I can enjoy another slice of 18 Carrot carrot cake.
