If you want to be without a cake on a birthday definitely hire baked by Katie! My sons 3rd birthday we were left scrambling to find a cake with less than 2 hours notice. I get things happen but the cake was supposed to be dropped off the day before the party and she said she couldn’t. Then didn’t show up the morning of.
