I pulled over after getting my order to compliment Conner. I’ve had some mixed experiences with the food being fresh in this location but it’s gotten way better. More importantly the service is way better. Back to Conner, he’s been very nice, attentive and on top of all his tasks ever since I remember him being on staff. Thank you kindly! Yall!! Burger King has tacos and so far only at this location in this area it's a must try I drive from Killeen when I can, ok almost daily to pick some up lol. I love theses things! And service here is always great smiles and great food yall come on down to Georgetown and get some tacos!

Twice now have not gotten our full order. Entire burgers missing. When you live 15 mins away and realize when you get home the food isn't worth 30 mins round trip. Cold burgers and missing items from the last 2 drive thru orders. This place is a mess and I love BK, I'll never come back here again. 13 years of being a patron down the drain.

The food and service is always good. Normally it is super clean, but the last several visits the ladies bathroom really needed attention. A lot of soap had run down the wall below the dispenser and onto the floor. There was z black mold ring in the toilet. It obviously has not been cleaned in many days. The amount of soap on the walls increased with each visit. Also the sewer has smell was getting stronger.
Multiple times they have messed up my order. One day they messed up a simple bacon king with no mayo 4 times. I went for a drink today and waited over 10 minutes jsut to be asked what I would like. They were rude to my husband multiple times when he wanted the food corrected. Some staff were polite but most were not.

The cheesy tots are great. Had to move around to the front to wait for them so the were very hot, but no ketchup and the server ran off before I could ask for some. How do you serve any fried potato of any kind without ketchup?
