I have liked Camp Briteside so much, but last night we were very disappointed. Mgmt. changed food service, we were in the order line for 35 minutes with a ticket time of 50 minutes. My shrimp salad was not delivered as ordered. It was meh. The menu was reduced so options are limited. A youngster at the order desk said changes were for efficiency. Nope, it was 100 times better before the change. I hope Camp Briteside will take this as intended and make changes. Interior was not full but I think outdoor space was full, little league stuff going in. Oh and get this, after the 35 minute wait in the order line, we had to order drinks at the bar, luckily, they were quick to serve.

Camp Briteside used to be a nice hang out spot and eatery with good food. But over the last year they have changed their business model claiming “efficiency” and shorter wait times by ordering at a kiosk and limiting their menu to burgers and other “bar food.” Now you wait in a 35 minute line to order followed by a 50 minute ticket times waiting for your food. Our food came out incorrect but after waiting over an hour for food we weren’t waiting another hour for it to be corrected. They did not have any rolled silverware so we were handed wet silverware straight from the container. Food is mid at best. But I guess you can’t expect much from a place being run by 3 teenagers with not a single manager in sight. The girls also had to take all the food orders, deliver food, and bus tables. Unfortunately won’t be back. Prices were also outrageous, $44 for a salad and sandwich, with no drinks is crazy.

We went a few months ago and had a great experience, however the new rules have ruined it for us completely.
Let’s start with pricing. My family ordered 2 apps, 3 entrees and 1 kids meal. Water and 3 drinks and it was well over $100.
To order, you order from the front and then grab a number, your drinks and sit down to wait for your food. Once your food comes out you won’t see another employee to check on you… so what’s the tip for?
Now to the food
Brussels Sprouts- the saving grace of the meal, pretty pricy for what all goes into it, but I digress
Chicken fajita nachos- not near enough cheese but not awful
Kids burger- 5 yr old loved it but he’s questionable
Shrimp tacos-unremarkable and unseasoned according to our 12 yr old
Fish and chips- hard to mess up but the Coleslaw was an absolute NO
Beef fajitas for one- not an ounce of seasoning on the entire plate and portion was obnoxiously small for the price. Rice tasted like white rice with red food coloring.
Whatever changes were made recently we’re not in the best interest of the establishment.

We waited 1 hour and 40 minutes just to get the kids mac N cheese and applesauce. My wife and I never received our meal. They did refund our food for us. They just seem very overwhelmed. It would benefit them to simplify the menu or just hire food trucks.
Great hang out with kids and family. Bring some outside toys, balls, bats, etc

I can't speak for the food.... we were not allowed to stay because we brought our dog even though they state they are pet friendly. Had a bad attitude and will never go back even without our dog!!!!
If you have A dog or you appreciate pets. This is a horrible place to go. Even though they say pets welcome, or pet friendly they are not. They also have A core attitude. Find someplace else.

Got the fish and chips and they had no tartar sauce and offered us ranch for our fish!!! “REALLY NO Tartar SAUCE” and I ordered the tarter when I ordered the fish and chips. Nary a word of no tartar sauce. $75.00 bucks later…. Last time we will go there.

Great service, friendly staff, and good food. Lots of families with kids and if you love sports they have plenty of screens to watch them on.
The theme is really the draw of this place. The food is okay, the service is slow, but the outdoor seating area and games are top notch. $10 for a kids meal without a drink it outlandish.
