One of the nicest places in Georgetown for atmosphere and setting, great wine selection. Reservations will be needed well in advance. Good choices in beef, however somewhat limited on other options.
This was my second time to this establishment so I thought I would give it another try, but this time I went for brunch. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed with the brunch. My first issue was that eggs (steak and eggs) were being offered, but toast was not available nor a bread basket. Not sure why, must be some unique thinking you don't need toast for eggs! Located in the old town square in GT. Very good service from all of the staff we encountered. The onion soup is delicious. The 14oz CAB filet was tender and flavorful. Chef had difficulty cooking the filet to the correct temperature (first overcooked to a medium ++, then undercooked), but they made it right and once received with the requested doneness, it was enjoyable to eat.
