I had such a wonderful experience today at the Crumbl Cookies in the Wolf Ranch shopping center in Georgetown, Texas. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by three of the sweetest, kindest, and most respectful young ladies — Ella, Faith, and Nevaeh. Their warm smiles and genuine attitudes truly stood out and reminded me of a time when customer service was every business’s top priority.

The staff are so amazing but there is not enough people working for how busy it gets on a weekday afternoon. Management NEEDS to schedule more staff in the afternoon and evenings to keep up with the demand! Only 2 people is not enough to fill orders and bake the cookies when they run out.

The specific person clearly was having a bad day and wasn’t the nicest about giving me the cookie, but I don’t blame them. I got the chocolate cheesecake and it was so good! 9/10
