The staff is kind and accommodating, often going the extra mile, like adding special toppers for a soccer team and even throwing in free donut holes for customers. The selection of donuts is wide, with options like Apple Fritters, Glazed Old Fashions, and Blueberry Cake donut holes that come highly recommended. Kids love the iced sprinkled donuts with added plastic rings. Although one customer mentioned that the Bavarian Cream in the Bismarck was a bit off during a visit, the delicious kolaches, such as the raspberry/blueberry cream cheese kolache, are definitely worth a try. The potato egg cheese tacos have a big portion, making them fulfilling, although some felt they could use more cheese. With a drive-thru option and a variety of tasty donuts, Daylight Donuts is a great stop for a treat, even if some areas could use a bit more cleaning.
