I stopped by the restaurant to place an order for take out at 8:40 pm and found it already closed, even though the posted hours say it closes at 9:00 pm. I had driven from Andice to visit, so it was a little disappointing. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with was not very polite, which made the experience worse. It would be very helpful if the posted hours could be followed more closely and customer interactions handled with more kindness.

They put a schedule outside the door that is not. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time to place a takeout order and they already had their doors closed and the lady came out to say that they close early on Saturdays.

We LOVE Firo!! This Georgetown location has incredibly friendly staff, delicious pizza, salad and gelato and a nice clean restaurant! T is always so welcoming and Shannon is a great Store Manager!! We did witness a corporate employee, named Ruel, being incredibly rude and unprofessional to Shannon during a meeting in the dining room. I have emailed Ben Collins about the incident but have not heard back.

Awwww. I ordered from this place and the pizza was so sad ? I’m a New Yorker. I know a good pizza. The east coast truly knows how to make pizza. I moved to Texas and nothing taste as good. This pizza had no flavor. The dough was very chewy.
