Was taking a stroll on First Friday and found this bakery. My wife was craving something sweet and walked in hoping for a gluten free option. I was ecstatic to have several cupcake flavor options. I opted for hostess and tres leches. So glad we have galaxy bakery a try. The cupcake density was on point and the balance of frosting sweetness was perfect. Came home a hero for bringing back the ideal treat. We will be back.

This place is amazing.

It’s a shame they are off the beaten path though.

Or the line would be out the door.

Specifically, the Cannoli’s.

Galaxy Bakery Cannoli’s are “out of this World” great.

I am 62 and been all over the World.

Their Cannoli’s are the best I EVER HAD.

The shells are scratch made and the filling is not super sweet, actually mildly cheesy and pairs well with an Espresso ☕️.

Italian’s get down here NOW!

They deserve the accolades for this product alone……

WARNING: Try their savory jalapeño popper and your taste buds will never allow you to enjoy any other croissant sandwich again. A week later and I’m still thinking about it….

We have just returned to the UK from a Texas road trip which brought us to Georgetown. We spotted this bakery and are so glad we called in. We had the almond croissant and a cookie. Both were delicious and much better than a well known bakery in Waco. Friendly staff.

Had the Tuxedo cheesecake , AMAZING!

We needed a gluten-free cake for our 50th wedding anniversary. Galaxy created a beautiful 3 layer cake-Italian Cream. Oh my gosh-it was out of this world in appearance and flavor! We’ll be back!

Everything I’ve tried is delicious. Carrot cake cupcake is my go to but you really can’t go wrong. 10/10

Loved all that I've tried from the bakery (banana chocolate muffin, tuxedo cake, tres leches cupcake) so far and I love that it's a small business. Definitely recommend trying if you are near Georgetown!

LOVE their cupcakes. So delicious. They also made a beautiful wedding cake for my daughter that came out perfectly and tasted amazing. I recommend 1000%!!

Their stuff is ok, some sweets are better than others. They have a big board with prices. The prices DO NOT match the actual prices of the items. Sticky buns - $3.75 on the board, charged $6. When I asked the cashier about the difference he says "oh, those are outdated prices". Really?.. this is a normal thing these days to display "old" prices on the items and charge almost the double? Simply looks like fraud to me.

The boston croissant was good, however the cupcake didnt taste anything special and both of them were tooo sweet imo

We simply googled Bakery's in Georgetown, stumbled onto Galaxy Bakery and first tested the cupcakes, who wouldn't. Seriously? Crazy amazing. My fav is the Coconut Cream. I decided to go in for the kill and worked with the owner for a Birthday Cake and after Team efforts hit it well with the family. Thank you. Rare to find, but when you do, you hang onto, Galaxy is a fore sure deal.

A very monotone young man waited on us. It wasn't that he was bad. He was just not new conversation. The prices are a little pricey, but to me. I understand in today's time. I remember when you could get a Boston cream croissant. And it is big enough to almost feed. To now it barely feeds one. But the taste it's still great
