We went in this morning as a family of 4. We waited about 7 mins to be seated. Once we were finally seated another 8 mins went by and no one brought us any menus or even acknowledged our existence. Then a lady and a young daughter came in and she was seated almost immediately and had a full on conversation with what appeared to be the manager. As soon as they were seated they were given menus. I’m trying to be understanding of what looked like being short staffed. However when we walked in we weren’t greeted and stood at the front for 10-15 minutes before being seated(there was no wait). Then we ordered drinks and they brought my husband the wrong drink. Then we ordered our food and our order was partially incorrect. Also only half our order came out and my friend & I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our food.
