I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

My son ordered the family some wings from here last week. I had the boneless and they were terrific. Asked where he ordered from ad he said just wings. Not over priced. Will be my go to take out wing spot from now on

I was hoping to have another wings spot near me, however this was not it. My wings were over cooked, the Cajun rub had no flavor and the lemon pepper had very little to any flavor.
Wings were good, fries were not. Need to package them separately

We use to love the wings BUT this time they were SOOOO small :/ plus we had a terrible time ordering on line :/ Husband had to go into Chilis to see manager about order. Then the Manager wanted 9 dollars more than our price we ordered. Husband showed the price we ordered and he honored the price. However after getting home a realization of how small they wings are now it was still disappointing. Not a good experience at all

Horrible customer service! Buy at your own risk. They do not care about you, your order, or your time. Even the wings at 7-11 are much better option. I will never buy again from them. Go anywhere but to Just Wings. It’s a shame they tarnish Chili’s brand in the process. I will not eat ever again at Chili’s while they have that partnership. Chili’s doesn’t care for the Just Wings clients but they do take their cut of the order. Chili’s so you know, if you’re profiting from the order then you’re also responsible.

It’s deceiving because there is no “It’s Just Wings in Spokane. It’s Chili’s Bar and Grill’s online shop. Order was all messed up and they won’t do anything to fix. They were rude and blame Doordash for not checking the order. But they know bags are supposed to be sealed before pickup to protect the consumer. We won’t eat at this Chili’s restaurant. It is consistently bad food. But got tricked into ordering from them and only confirmed the reason we won’t eat at Chili’s in Spokane any more.
