My wife and I have been customers of the KFC in Georgetown, TX for the past 25 years, However, for the past two years or so we have frequently avoided this location as we were not pleased with the service nor the employees. Today, we thought we'd give it another shot as we like the food. We were pleasantly surprised with the employee (I think her name is Rori), the service, and the food. Rori knows how to deal with people and is friendly and efficient. I'm glad we went back !

This kfc location sucks! To the customer service, food quality, & accuracy! I don’t know how this location is still open! I ordered the chicken waffle meal thru the mobile app and was told they don’t do the waffles anymore & I should contact support! Tenders were obviously recooked and rubbery, biscuit was hard like a damn rock, missing my tub of Mac n cheese and the employees could care less.. this place is a joke

Service is terrible. We made an order through DoorDash. The driver was there within a few minutes of placing the order and waited around 45 MINUTES and had to leave because the order was still not ready (it wasn't a big order either) My husband went to pick up the order and it still wasn't ready an hour after placing the order.

Today I went to this establishment. I ordered a kids meal with nuggets. I also ordered a three piece white original. I live not even 7 minutes from there and when I made it home to distribute the items. The kids meal nuggets looked and tasted like it had been cooked early that morning. And my original was all dark meat. I called to speak to a employee letting them know what had happened and the rudest person, whom I was told was a manager was so rude and hung up in my face as I am informing her of my issue. It's people like this that make you want to start back cooking. Customer service is so sad now and to ask for more pay and can't even get the orders right.

This location in georgetown treat people like crap. Waiting 25 min for a DoorDash order. Then come inside this old lady tried to take the customer order out my hand. This location definitely needs better management. You can't hold a customer order ransom. I shouldn't have to work 12 hours then get attitude and lousy customer service

Went inside to place my order, I ordered 1 breast,1 wing,1 thigh, 1 leg , mashed potatoes and a drink. What I received was 3 thighs and 1 leg. That is why I stopped going to the kfc on western center because they never had breast meat. So if you go to the brand new restaurant go inside and check out your order before you leave to make sure it’s correct and not legs and thighs only! I tried to call them and let them know mgr know but they don’t even want to answer the phone there. This is the new location in Saginaw Texas

well, when u take the time to call about a serious issue, like one of their managers SWEARING at me at the very least you should get a call back. This was at the KFC in Newport, TN. Two calls to them and total silence on their end. AVOID this KFC - its also filthy

Chicken dry biscuit hard ordered coleslaw it was not in the bag. Will not be back again. We have numerous other places close to us Canes, chick fil. Lees all are much better.

Went through the drive thru and got my child some food tonight, the biscuit was literally as hard as a rock, and the chicken was overly greasy and soggy as if it had been sitting there for awhile. My son had eaten half of it in the car by the time I noticed when we got home. There are ACTUAL people eating this food.. I don’t understand why they would serve something like this. Definitely never going back. Maybe that’s why the worker could hardly look me in the face as he handed me my food. I don’t get it..

I seen the article that mentioned that the KFC owner decided to give away a free 8 pc bucket of chicken begging the food chains former consumers to return and give them another chance. I decided to download the app and right away noticed the marketing poster for the free chicken in addition to a $15 qualifying purchase. I order the bbq korean fries two honey baked busicuts, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. When I went to my nearest KFC location the place was dead not a customer in site. I picked up my order only to taste some of the worst food ever. I only took 1 bite of the biscuts because they tasted soggy and undercooked. I ate the the mac and cheese it was mediocre at best. The mashed potatoes were luke warm and the korean bbq fries were disgusting there was no bbq nuggets or pickles just a bunch of cold soggy fries and coleslaw. The best thing about the meal was the 8 pc chicken tenders I will give them a B on that but everything else was gross. Its no wonder popeyes is the new king of chicken. I won't be returning back to waste my money eating here.
