We hired Taco Libre to cater our wedding and boy are we glad we did. We find ourselves coming back to Taco Libre pretty frequently. The tacos are great, the prices very reasonable, and the service good. Plus, unlike the other food trucks in the food court, they keep consistent hours - your odds of them being open when you want a taco are good. I've tried all their tacos and they're all good, but my favorite is pastor, followed closely by barbacoa. They have 3 sauces which are all quite different.
