I am a regular customer of this McAlister's Deli. I always dine in. I have found the quality of the food and service to be consistently high. I have tried a variety of items on the menu and have enjoyed every one I tried. The customer service is outstanding. I particularly like Kathy, the manager, who is attentive and takes her job seriously. She is focused on making sure everyone has what they need. Kathy circulates through the restaurant and checks in with all the diners....
Our experience with McAlister's has always been top notch. We have been so many times and the food and service have always been great. The staff we have interacted with have been friendly, helpful and polite. What prompted this review was the great food we received by delivery. There may come a time when I have a negative experience, but it won't outweight the numerous positive experiences we have had.
Honestly the food was pretty good, but it was served super poorly. Our silverware was dirty, and the plate had gunk on it. The person taking our order wore a mask, which is fine, but they talked softly so really had no idea what they were saying.
