Here for the Bowlero Youth Open, Alex did a fantastic job getting the lanes ready for the tournament. It ran so smoothly, it was an amazing time.

Good for leagues only. I just tried to go here on a Tuesday when they opened at noon. I called at 12:03 and 12:08 before leaving the house and the phone just rang and rang, no one answered. I then drove there (30 minutes away) and when I arrived at 12:37 I was told there are no lanes available. I kindly asked what time they would have a lane available and the person behind the desk looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Then the person standing next to him answered 4PM. I said Thank you and left. I don't think I'll do this again. Spending 1 hour driving is not fun and this is the 2nd time this has happened within a month.

Tried to take grandchildren bowling during the week and place was half empty. Was told no bowling lanes available as there were leagues starting in 1 1/2 hours. So the lanes sit empty waiting for the leagues?? Not to mention that the prices to bowl are not competitive with others in the area. Tried to call to find out about lanes and no one answers phones at front desk. Need some oversight/management improvement. Wasn't like this before new ownership

Tried to take my son here for his birthday. We got here when they opened hoping to get an early bird special or something. They want $50 for me and my 8 year old son to play two games! The lanes are a dirty white color and half the games are down in the arcade. The sign is falling off the outside. This place is a garbage can. Drive a little farther and you'll find much better bowling.

They leave the area behind the pit like this and claim. They cleaned it.if you wanna fall and break a hit , go ahead and boil here

Great atmosphere, went in to have a beer and ended up getting a great special on a pizza + pitcher combo. I work graveyards so the morning is very difficult to find a place who serves beer. The supervisor Laronda was very pleasant and accommodating. If you enjoy the classic bowling alley setting, come here! You won’t be disappointed!!

Completely gone downhill since the new owners have taken over and despite hanging on to a few staff that worked for the previous owners, it has lost that family feel and 'progressed' to a more corporate environment with nobody taking ownership of the issues. Same lanes still broken (35 and 36) despite years of them knowing that they are broke. A lick of paint can not cover up the problems this place is facing. No stock tonight and no oil on the lanes despite them knowing it one of their busiest league nights #Shambles***UPDATE***10 months from the initial review above, we're sat here waiting for lane 35 and 36 to turn on 30 minutes after the league bowling has started. Great progess from Bowlero....said no one ever!

Won't return. It's too dark to see the lane markers. TV is distracting with screen reflection onto lane. LED strobe lights on pins is annoying, so you can't concentrate.Food was cold. Overall 3 games. I typically bowl 130 to 145. I did not even get above 100. Used to a 3 finger ball these had 4, I am guessing this also had me unusually low scoring. Price is $7.50 per game not by the hour.Bowlerama is just not like Mel's was. Acquisition is not always a good thing.

Since the change in ownership, the level of service has gone way down. Many of the same people still work there, so it's clear the company that took over is not providing enough support to the employees. There have been multiple times the snack bar is open, but I have left after waiting for 10 to 15 min with no one coming by. This past Friday at a highschool tournament, extra chairs were not allowed or pulled out for some reason and when a coach pulled a chair for a handicap gentleman, so he could sit, management became upset and chastised the coach for handing out the chair. These tournaments are 3 hours long.

Having both at Mels for years, it’s very disappointing as far down as this bowling alley has gone. The service is terrible. The food is terrible. I can’t believe how far a business can go down just by changing ownership will never bowl league here again it sucks so bad.
