MOD Pizza offers very tasty and great pizza with fresh ingredients and a really good gluten free crust. The pizzas are cooked well and customers receive them quickly. Despite some poor ratings, many have had a great experience.
The employees are generally friendly, helpful, and authentic. One staff member was super accommodating to specific dietary restrictions and provided rational solutions for payment issues. However, one visit was complicated by a point-of-sale system that had bad service inside the restaurant. On another occasion, a manager followed a customer to their car to offer a pizza after the customer decided to leave, an action that was perceived as crossing a boundary despite being intended as nice.
While the pizza tastes great, the pricing has been inconsistent for the same order, ranging from a little too expensive to way more than it's worth. The restaurant was also out of oregano during one visit. Despite these occasional issues, it is considered a great place to get a pizza.
