“I recommend it only for to go. Dining in is weird. My Google review: It used to be a regular restaurant where staff would come take your order and deliver your food to your table on plate. Now you order your food at the counter and they bring your food to you in a plastic to go container. You have to pick up your own PLASTIC forks and napkins, and take them back to the table. The boxes they have chosen to put them in are incredibly difficult to open. The food is still really good but we will not be dining in the restaurant anymore. We might still get something to go but not near as often as we had been dining on site. Sad.“

“We dropped in for lunch on a whim. This place is just as amazing as always. We ordered an appetizer of spicy edamame that came out really quickly but was very tasty. Our mains (Sushi rolls and Dan Dan noodles) were excellent as always. This has become our go to place for ramen and Sushi. We were taken care of by Reese. She was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend 👌“

“The Shrimp Teriyaki was good. I do wish the salad wasn’t put with the hot food. It makes it hot too and mushy. The big bowl with extra veggies doesn’t travel well and there aren’t many veggies on this like advertised, and didn’t taste that well. It was soupy. The lettuce wraps were okay. I still recommend this place.“

“OMG delicious, I had to dig- in forgive the bites. Look at that broth! I love the veggies, great assortment and egg roll is crispy. And FRESH, dare I say too hot- I’m trying to wolf it down while it’s steaming. So glad I found it, and the dining room is lovely, next time I’ll sit for lunch!“

“Great family restaurant. We’ve started coming to this restaurant 22 years ago. We take the drive from Bastrop once a week to enjoy the wonderful food here. We enjoy our birthday dinners here as well.“

“This was my first visit here today and definitely won’t be my last! The restaurant was quiet, and clean. Relaxing music playing. The service was top notch! My server, Justin, was patient and attentive. And let me just tell you about how good that sesame chicken and chicken lo mein was, OMG! HUGE portions, and I will gladly eat this for the next meal and a half. Veggies were cooked perfectly and so saucy!! I’m sad I’ve slept on this place for years but it’s the best Chinese food I’ve had in so long! Y’all give this amazing place a try, you won’t be disappointed!!“

“Love Wen’s. The lunch special is great price for the amount and quality of food. They do delivery within a few miles as well, which saves me DoorDash or Uber Eats charges. I love the general tso chicken, but the beef entres are good too!“
