“I want to give a huge shout out this location. I stupidly ordered from the wrong location tonight. I ordered on the app and was not paying any attention to the location. I assumed it would find the closet location to me to order. It did not. It picked the last location I ordered from which was a good 45 miles from me tonight. I received a text that my order was ready for pick up. That's when I noticed MY mistake. Feeling like an idiot, I called the store in Georgetown Texas to beg for forgiveness of my ignorance. The lady I spoke with as I apologized, stated she would cancel my order, even though it was already made. I honestly was not expecting a refund. Only hoping. I absolutely was not expecting to see a refund in my account the same day let alone 3 hours after ordering. But here I am, 3 hours later with my entire purchase refunded, writing a review to let you know, that is exactly what happened! This store needs to be recognized. Thank you for your amazing customer service even though I made the mistake! My son and I are regular customers ordering at least 2 times a month and we will continue to enjoy Panda because of this. You went above and beyond, in my opinion, thank you!“
