I’ll start off with saying I went here on 1/6/2026 I walked into the restaurant was welcome by one person there were three people at the counter and as I walked up the only customer in line, all three people walked away. I stood there for a few seconds was not acknowledged after the first greeting so I turned around and walked out.
In the past I’d get a bowl fried rice and orange chicken. They put 3 or 4 scoops of fried rice in the bowl and try to cover it with a small portion of orange chicken. I ask them to finish putting more orange chicken on the bowl. Which they did.
Treat your customers right and they will come back. I’m not coming back.

Georgetown, TX--The only thing hot was the large fried rice I ordered. The rest less than lukewarm. Tasted it about 4 miles down the road. I always get their String Bean Chicken and Orange Chicken. Both of these had been sitting for quite sometime!!! Chicken is tough and the chicken with the string beans has a funky taste. Will be calling with aa complaint and will never return to that location. Look at the string bean chicken. Honestly, would you want to eat this?

Went to pickup online order. Went to online pickup counter. Was told they would be with me in a minute. They then helped two customers that arrived after me. Gave them the two names I was there to pick up for. They brought me one order. Asked for the second order again. They finally found the order so I could leave. Some on the bags smelled like garbage.
We had such a great experience at Panda Express thanks to Fadya! She was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, patient, and made sure my whole family was taken care of. It’s rare to see someone go above and beyond with such genuine kindness and attention to detail. Thank you, Fadya, for making our visit so pleasant — you truly made our day!
