Both take out and delivery I’ve had issues with. Delivery they change your order. I can understand not giving someone 20 soy sauce packs, but changing my order from 4 to 3 and including things I didn’t order. Now take out, I’d ask for chop sticks every time and the past few times they pretend to put something in the bag and hand it to me only for me to see that there is nothing there. Customer service went downhill and the only time you’ll ever get what you paid for is inside the restaurant.

Underwhelming. We ordered three different entrees and egg rolls—everything was not hot—not even warm. While the staff was friendly, the temperature of food should be of upmost importance. They need to check for food safety.

Ordered at the drive thru. Simple plate order for one. Requested 1/2 fried rice, 1/2 super veg. Had to pull out of the drive thru line & wait 10 min till they cooked it (at least it was fresh) Requested soy sauce and chili sauce. It’s hard to check an order of Chinese food when I was in the drivers seat behind the wheel in my car. Got home, no fried rice, no sauce no sriracha!! (Worst of all!!) haha. I’m a female senior citizen. It’s dark & rainy tonight and I’m too far and too tired to drive all the way back. Btw, I checked my receipt and the orinted order was correct…there was a QR code on ticket but the ticket did not have the info required to Complete the feedback survey which annoyed me even more. It would have taken 10 seconds to check the ticket and make sure order was correct. And the restaurant was not terribly busy. All in all, food was good and staff was very sweet…. They just need to pay attention to the drive thru customers that have to wait for order to be cooked. No one should have to open a strofoam box full of saucy kung pao chicken to check the accuracy of their order in a dark, cold rainy night.

There was an error with my order. I did not receive everything that I paid for. I called with intentions of asking for them to refund the difference. I have called five times. They answered one time and I hear someone getting yelled at named Sanchez to clock in. And then they hang up. I would like to be contacted immediately.

Just moved to the area from Dallas and was a little hesitant to order due to past experiences. I ordered online and picked up through the drive thru. Order was ready and still hot. I got home and devoured the food, absolutely amazing! This will be the location me and my family return to.

I have a delivery order for bigger plate today. But I have received normal plate instead of bigger plate. When I called the store, the associate want me to come to the store pick up.
Might be the associate has forgotten about the meaning of delivery order
I am the rewards member for Panda Express. They are not adding any points to the rewards account. Which I am not satisfied at all.
